Each seller on Vendaux is solely responsible for:
their listings and product descriptions
pricing and inventory
shipping, returns, and refunds
communication with buyers
Vendaux acts exclusively as a marketplace platform and is not a party to individual transactions between buyers and sellers.
Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers.
Vendaux charges a platform commission of 10% per transaction, along with any applicable processing fees. All fees are clearly communicated to sellers prior to participation.
As Vendaux features unique, vintage, and often limited items, refund and return policies may vary by seller.
Buyers are encouraged to review individual seller policies and contact the seller directly with any questions or concerns regarding an order.
All product listings, images, and content remain the intellectual property of their respective creators.
By listing an item on Vendaux, sellers confirm that they have the legal right to sell the product and that it does not infringe on third-party rights.
