Because we are a curated marketplace with multiple independent vendors, each seller sets their own return and refund policy. Many of our items are one-of-a-kind, vintage, handmade, or made-to-order, and therefore not eligible for returns.

Before purchasing, please:

• Reach out to the seller directly if you have any questions

Please contact the seller directly via your account or order confirmation. All returns and refunds are handled between buyer and seller.

Vendaux is not responsible for any disputes, but we’re happy to mediate if something goes wrong. You can always reach out to us at through the contact form if a seller is unresponsive or if you feel stuck.

We do moderate all the sellers, btw. To make sure all the items are originals and unique. No dropshipping allowed.
