Hi there!

We’re Geneviève and Lisa, the co-founders of Vendaux.

We’ve been friends for longer than we care to count... and for just as long, we’ve been talking about creating a platform that actually feels good to use. A place where people can buy and sell safely, connect with talented makers, creators, artists, and discover unique finds with a story, without the noise, pressure, or endless scrolling that so many platforms come with.

Vendaux was born out of a shared frustration and a shared love:

a frustration with marketplaces that feel impersonal or unsafe, and a love for craftsmanship, individuality, and items that carry meaning beyond trends.

What sets Vendaux apart is not just what is being sold, but how and by whom. We believe a marketplace should feel welcoming, transparent, and human. That’s why we put care into curation, community, and clear communication; for both buyers and sellers.

We are also committed to fostering a safe and inclusive environment, with explicit space for POC and LGBTQ+ creators and sellers. Not as an afterthought, but as a core value. Everyone deserves a platform where they feel seen, respected, and supported.

Vendaux is still growing, and so is the community around it.
